California Closets did an exceptional job transforming my ordinary closet into a stunning, tasteful closet that satisfied all our needs. I had an extremely disappointing experience with California Closets from start to finish. The customer service was terrible. Considering the premium prices they charge, I expected exceptional quality and professionalism. Instead, the entire process was frustrating. The measurements were incorrect, which caused problems with the installation. To make matters worse, the installers installed damaged and broken closet components. They also failed to install the hooks that were included in my order, leaving the project incomplete... read more
Super happy. I stopped in the store while waiting for Apple to fix my phone. They were great. The guy who came to the house was knowledgeable and helped with our idea on design. Tbh. I didn’t shop things but I was very happy with the install. The crew. The design and the finished product.
We had a great experience with California Closets from the design, scheduling and installation. Kamil was our designer at California Closets and he was outstanding ! He was responsive, flexible, so easy to work with a very knowledgeable. He customized it perfectly and made the project so easy.
