Lauren and her team did a fantastic job building our master bedroom closet. Her communication was excellent and the quality was top notch!
We recently hired California Closets for five small bathroom cabinets in March. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. From the beginning, communication was poor and inconsistent. (from corporate scheduling to our local designer) The project required five different installation dates, which created unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. My installation crew was amazing. Love my new closet.
Cami Collins, a designer at California Closets, was a pleasure to work with. I wanted some shelves and drawers in my closet. She listened to my thoughts and had an online tool that where she showed me the design we discussed. I added an item called Maddox where I can hang robes, purses, etc. Maybe took an hour to agree on. She was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Pedro handled the installation and was efficient and pleasant. And he cleaned up the closet before he left. I am loving my new space.
