It started with the visit by the designer. She saw our needs, went to work on the design and came with a perfect fit for our need. Suggestions as to finish and size were discussed and a compromise was made and we had our design and cost. Cost was less than we were expecting for what we were getting. Great for us. We have had multiple projects done by California Closets, and we have routinely been so happy with their work! Professional, courteous and very knowledgeable, we have been impressed by the outstanding work, and JJ did an excellent job on the installation!
This was our first time designing and having a new closet installed in our new home. We got quotes from a couple companies and ultimately decided for $1500 more to go with California Closet since it's a "reputable" brand and they stand by their "quality." The white glove service was hyped up so much before the install and what we received was nothing close. Our experience with our installer and California Closets was excellent. The designer/ sales person was professional and knowledgeable. The follow up by the company was courteous and efficient. Our installer was excellent. Highly recommend working with this company.
California Closets does a professional, beautiful, quality job! This is our third time using them, and Marcy is great to work with.
