Our installers, Jack & AJ completed our closet installation as if it was going in their home. No loose ends, all t’s cross and all i’s dotted, not one punch list item. They protected our house, were professional and very polite. Pleasure to work with installers with that kind of professionalism and work ethic.

Designer is no longer with the company, but we were pleased with the work she did. Installers did a good job getting custom closets and office installations done in one day, even staying apparently later than normal. A mistake in billing us for the final installment was corrected with an hour of calling customer support (and getting to talk to a real person) to call it to their attention.

We had a wonderful experience working with Michelle on custom closets for a new home build (2 basic bedroom closets, larger primary closet, entryway closet, and laundry). She did a great job of taking in some ideas and inspiration we had to mock out some initial designs, and then working closely with us to iterate from there. We could tell she really had a good balance of a design eye cross consideration for realistic functionality. The closets turned out amazing!
