Zero stars. This is the third and final time I will trust them to Dry clean our clothes. I took my wife's dress in and requested that it be dry cleaned. The dress has been returned to us ruined. The explanation given is that they washed it. We could have washed it ourselves. We payed them to dry clean and requested dry clean and they did something else.
