I am over 60 years of age and I have been seeing Dr.Alex for over a year. When I first came in I had asevere low back episode which caused me to be unable to perform the simplest tasks. Getting out of bed and putting my shoes on was difficult. I also could not sleep through out the night. Maybe sleeping 2 to 3 hours at a time.
