Shortly after speaking with Kelsey and making an appointment at the Daly City office I received an email stating that my appointment had been changed to a time that I had said I was unavailable. Several phone messages over several weeks went unanswered. The day before my appointment I called a different number associated with the business and stated the problem. Called multiple times, never a call back, never anyone to answer. Had a CPAP machine recalled, never responded to questions not helpful in the slightest. Go somewhere else this org is the worst. There are a ton of fake reviews for this org as well.

Double billed (and denies), multiple delays (months) for sleep study and results. Hard to get a response when leaving multiple voicemails and emails. Online care only. Seems fraudulent. I reported to medical boards and Wells Fargo

CCSD and DR KRAM (or is it Dr SCAM?) seem to be a total shady operation. My experience has been HORRIBLE! Avoid this scam operation. Save your time, nerves and money. Billed $5000 and provided absolute no health care, nothing but frustration and headaches. Never got to interact with Dr Kram, or any actual physician. He is NEVER available. Terrible service during sleep study. Double billed me for the at home study and never even provided test results until I opened a formal complaint via my insurance and threatened to take it... read more
