Stay away from there load was RXO brokerage I reach morning 3 am because delivery wasbetween 4 am to 12pm but they want me to drop the trailer and wait outside parking lot and around 3pm come and said we are closing you have to leave ,and broker not reply anything i try many times and my dispacher to and next day untill 12 pm still not any confirmation my trailer unload or not , i decided to go there and i hook my trailer next day 2pm .
Easy Drop and Hook here at the dock doors (door 31-drop and door 47-pickup). Just make sure to have the trailer number that you're picking up before arriving here since security ask about it. Swift didn't provide me the pickup trailer number and I had to get ahold of them and wait an additional 30 minutes until they provided me the trailer number.
