It was one of the most interesting little day trip detours I've ever taken. I went with family not even intending to purchase anything, they were wanting to make a purchase. Turns out I got three plants. I was so curious to see how the Venus Fly Trap works and then I got two Pitcher Plants. So interesting.
Wow what can I say this is a must visit nursery you would mot be disappointed Peter Daniella Damon and all the staff made us feel welcome but it’s the range of plants that you would struggle to find anywhere else in the world highly recommended
This is not a nursery. It’s a full blown experience that will immerse you into a world of colour and amazement. The plants are fantastic then there’s the sculptures and bits and pieces of art work here and there. The staff are fantastic. The best!
One of the oldest and best carnivorous plant nurseries. Their plants always arrive potted and in terrific shape, and are always healthy and perform beautifully once established. Check out their web site, as you never know what rare plants, unusual cultivars, and unique hybrids they have in stock!
I've bought 3 plants in 2 different shipments, and each one of them came to me in excellent condition! I've ordered two Pinguicula and a Cape Sundew and all of them are just gorgeous!
Almost a year since my first visit and all of my plants are still alive. I met Peter on my first visit and the shop was closing but he took the time to sign my book and give me a tour of the store including the propagation area.
