This is a great gym and all of Sacramento and surrounding areas. I’ve tried a lot of gyms and this is by far the best. The coach Gilbert is a really good trainer and he always makes me feel welcome inside the gym and it’s a great atmosphere for kids and family. I also checked around for prices and he has one of the best rates and all the greater Sacramento area. I definitely recommend this gym to everyone and their family.
Best boxing and MMA we’ve found! My son and I train together here and it’s been such a great experience for both of us. The coach is amazing — patient, motivating, and really cares about technique and safety. The vibe is supportive and everyone pushes each other. Highly recommend for families, beginners, and anyone serious about boxing.
Coach Gilbert is great. My son Johnny started going to his classes at the end of January 2026. Within just weeks, my son was down 10 pounds. Coach Gilbert really takes not only time, but interest in everyone that steps foot in his gym. Great Boxing Gym in Sacramento, great environment, amazing workouts and training all the way around. The Coach makes you feel welcome regardless of skill level. (I actually had zero when I first joined.)
Incredible gym — coaching, community, and equipment are all top tier. The coaches genuinely care about your development whether you're a complete beginner or have experience. The workouts are intense and will push you to your limits in the best way possible. The training environment pushes you to get better while still being welcoming and supportive. The facility is well-equipped and well-maintained. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get into boxing or MMA. Or just looking for a workout.
