Gilbert has great boxing knowledge and will skyrocket your skills. I've looked at many boxing gyms in Sac and if you actually want to learn and potentially fight this is the the place to go

I’m in my 30s and started going here to get back in shape + learn to box. Great place to go if you want that combo - learn how to box and get a good workout. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking to get / stay in shape but actually wants to learn the fundamentals of boxing (or improve current abilities).
