This bank claims to own the sidewalk and will try to intimidate and kick out anyone who is exercising their first amendment rights. If you are looking for a new bank in the area, there are plenty of others in the area, go to a different branch.
Love this Bank. They go out of their way to help you as much as they can. The guard outside is so nice and helpful.
Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend working with Ryan at California Bank & Trust. When I inquired about a high-yield account, his demeanor came across as judgmental and unprofessional. I bank with three other banks in Hillcrest and California Bank and Trust is arguably number one for customer service followed by US Bank in a distant second place in my opinion . California Bank and Trust deserves the awards it receives each year for banking excellence .
