The #1 balloon deflated on my way home, I called he said he would only charge me 7$ to put helium back in the balloon! What!? The balloon is defective how is it my fault it deflated. I live 45 mins away and he said you should of drove back we are not responsible after 30 mins but ill make an exemption and only charge you 7$. Sir I already live far I shouldn't have to pay for your defective balloon. How was I suppose to know it was deflating in the back of my car. I buy from them once a year the balloons last 2-3 days not one... read more
