We’ve been wanting to go tiny for awhile and this consultant gave us so much info we didn’t even know we needed. They helped figure out layout, zoning stuff, and what to actually prioritize in such a small space. It wasn’t like a sales pitch, more like real advice from someone who’s been through it. Saved us from making expensive mistakes. Honestly the guidance helped us move way faster than we thought we would. If you're serious about downsizing but not sure where to start, they make it way less overwhelming.

Frank was my landlord, and what a wonderful landlord to have! I have not one complaint. Everything was in pristine condition upon move-in, all requests were heard and handled promptly and efficiently. I never had to wonder what was going on, and I never had a major issue during my tenancy. Frank was professional to the end, and very fair through the move-in and move-out process, if not super generous. I realized quickly it's incredibly important to like your realtor. Sure, you must have someone thorough, timely, and knowledgable about real estate in Los Angeles, but when you add up the minutes for car trips, waiting to get into places for viewing, open houses, and phone calls ... it really helps if you like your realtor. Frank is a great real estate agent. He clearly enjoys his job and takes pride in helping people find a new home. My wife and I were looking for our first house, and were fairly clueless about the process involved. Frank spent a great deal of time walking us through every step and explaining everything in detail. However, he was even more helpful when we made our offer.
