Wonderfully helpful The staff of California Arms is wonderfully helpful with information in regards to income based housing. They have a nice complex there as well for people who need income based housing. Unfortunately, they have such a nice set up that it is hard to find a place there because they rarely lose any of their inhabitants. PROS: helpful staff, nice apartments CONS: hard to get in
