so sad THESE PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING. Took my sick pet to them and they deceived me by telling me my pet "might make it" when they knew all along the poor thing had a condition which was lethal. In the mean time they made me leave a $1000.00 deposit every 24 hrs and made me sigh a paper that they could charge as much as they wanted and could do whatever they deemed necessary and charge for it. Basically, their residents (trainees) killed my PET and refused to let me see his dead body until I paid $2200.00 (total $4000.00 for 2... read more
Great Support Staff but... Dr. Ettinger needs to trade in his lousy bedside manner and not just focus on honing his skills in the latest medical news. Sadly, the practice of medicine, whether to treat humans or pets, is not confined to the diagnoses and applications of treatments, innovative or otherwise. Our vet referred us to California Animal Hospital and Dr. Ettinger specifically, who our vet said was an expert in treating epileptic conditions (incidentally, our vet stopped referring any of his future clients to him).
