Very unprofessional people working for the company. Also orders are always late and they do not have scheduling to take care customers desired time delivery. Do not use this company.
The amount of unprofessionalism and the way they treat customers, is unacceptable. I called regarding work to be done with doors they initially provided me with month ago and the guy on the phone was ready to charge me. Before being charged i asked him how much it would cost. He put me on hold and came back to tell me they don't even have an order open so they wouldn't be able to tell me. After going back and forth as to why he would even ask for my card info if they don't even have an order number, I just gave him the quote... read more
Low customer service, they treat you bad and is you have a question about a product or material, they will act all trash to you, they need better customer service , or get a coffee before every days work, guys you need it, leave problems at home and be better worker.
Truly terrible customer service. They never answer the phone, and have no idea how they are even still in business. I tried calling 10 times, and the 1 time they did answer, the person could not speak English. I'm blown away how bad they are as a business model. It is obvious, and 5 star reviews they have are FAKE! I challenge anyone that reads this, to call yourself, and see what I'm talking about.
