This company has no clue as to what customer service means. Horrible experience. Whoever the woman is that answers the phones clearly does not feel that you time is of value and clearly is interested in apologizing for a failure
Harry and his team are AMAZING! We called California Air Conditioning Systems to help us solve a problem with air not getting to an entire side of the house. Harry came up with a plan and executed it beautifully. His team that came out were extremely professional and polite and were in and out with no hassle or fuss. They put down runners to protect my floor and cleaned up after themselves - it was like they were never there . . . except that now we had air conditioning! I highly recommend California Air Conditioning!
Recently, I had my air conditioning repaired and I was fortunate enough to have Harry, himself come to fix it personally. I really enjoyed hearing about their family business. They are a very honest and reputable company. They normally do commercial jobs but they didn't make me feel unimportant because I had a small residential job. Great customer service and reliability. No reason to call anyone else, you will be in good hands with CA Air Conditioning Systems. Oh and by the way my AC works great!!
Ok this is for all of you who live in Los Angeles. I just had the best experience with Harry from California Airconditioning services. Wait you say its Sunday . Yep twenty four hours a day and seven days a week. He was honest fixed the problem right away and pointed out a couple of things that I could fix myself . After trying about twenty companies that advertise 24 /7 emergancy service and most of them saying "we can set an appt up during the week, the 24/7 means we answer the phones 24/7" .
