Unbelievable service from the moment I walked onto the grounds & had contact with a Mr. Shavez! He worked with me to make it possible having a car I had wanted in my early teens! I will highly recommend Calidad Motors to each & everyone that wants to listen to me! They even mailed me back a check for over-payment! Cannot say enough good things about this place & making along time dream come true for me!
I drove four hours round trip only to find that the vehicle I was looking to buy was in fact an ex-smokers vehicle, which I had specifically asked about and was told it had not been. Additionally, the vehicle had clearly been spray painted underneath and in the wheel wells to hide the notable amount of corrosion. While the employees were accommodating to my requests for an inspection, this was a typical "used car salesman" experience, and I would not recommend considering this dealership for a vehicle. Calidad Motors was very responsive but just didn't have the truck I was looking for.
very bad experience. They were selling a Hummer H3 they never had I called a few times spoke with someone then I was told they sent it out for inspection and then I was told they didn't have it .
Very courteous and professional. Great people that work here!
Good information and good attention.
They wouldn't agree on my price until AFTER they checked my credit saying the thats a factor in how flexible they would be towards my offer even with $9000 down!...
