This place is a jem...going out if business unfortunately
Soooo embarrassing...My parents just built a home in Indian hill to be closer to my siblings and our children. I sent them here to get advice on window treatments. My Dad dropped my Mom off to look at fabrics and she was completely ignored from the moment she walked in. When she finally asked for help she was told to just look by color section. Rude nasty people, avoid this place at all costs, overpriced cheap Chinese junk,did I mention rude and nasty people there.
Kerry was very happy to help me and took an interest in what I was doing. I never felt like I was a bother, they were actually worried about wasting my time, not me wasting their's. Great customer service.
