Very very expensive place, be prepared to spend your hard earned dollars
I had an excellent experience working with Bonnie, Keith and the upholstery team at Calico. They helped fix a really bad upholstery job on a vintage chair I inherited from family. The chair looks AMAZING! Will definitely come back for more fabric needs.
Had an 11 am appointment on a Saturday, left my mom with dementia figured it only be an hour. They didn't know I had an appointment. Only 2 people working and she was waiting on others after handing me 2 books . I had used them before and they were great, I guess "due to Covid" another place has lost the ability of customer service. Will not go back.
Today, I returned the fabric that was shipped to me. It was the wrong fabric. The people working at the store agreed that the fabric I received was the wrong color. I asked about a refund and they said I would get store credit. It seems to me that when a company makes a mistake, they should give a full refund at least. I did get my $10 shipping fee refunded (after asking twice) because I drove 70 miles round trip to return the fabric. They said they will reorder the fabric and ship it to me.
