I moved in July 2018. My apartment is 1040 sq foot classic floor plan which is nice and large for me, I have 1bd, sunroom and carpet, large deck and fireplace, I love the new pool house great gym, laundry room is very nice and kept clean we have free tennis lessons on Saturday mornings, free Yoga on Wednesdays. The staff are wonderful, It's quiet on my end. The leasing office is beautiful. We have great lighting around the property so if you come home after midnight, you can see getting to your apartment .
