Recommendedyes, I am happy, peaceful community, mintenance team always fast and great management.
Horrible experience. High crimes that seems to be under control and no one can seem to fix the problems with security and keeping the gated community safe .
I think it's disrespectful to have a week and a day without air conditioning when I have two little girls and they put a portable air in the room I demand I reduelvan the problem as soon as possible but I will address the law of the state

Love the apartments, Alba is the best, very dedicated she helped me find a beautiful apartment in no time with same day approval! Totally recommend this beautiful apartment complex and absolutely recommend Alba that helped with every question i had. Totally in love with it.
I really love the space, the area, and the community. However, in the 6 months that I've lived here, my air conditioning has broken 4 times (3 times in the evening and I was forced to wait a full day without air in hot, humid Florida). The office staff and maintenance people are always nice about it (bless their hearts) but there is never any effort to fix the root of the problem. My washing machine also stops working periodically, and I have to run the dryer at least twice before a very small load is completely dried. All-i... read more
