IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone. If you want to feel like an actual human or have any issues, Calibrate is not for you. I have NEVER been able to reach anyone to talk to about ANY issue EVER. NOT hyperbole. The ONLY communication is an email for the entire building that starts: Hello Resident. Very nice apartments, we'll taken care of at a affordable price.
They are a management team has learned a lot over 4 years we have been dealing with them . They keep the prices moving towards as rapidly as possible by law but seem to have learned I have a lawyer in the contacts. It can be difficult to get heard unless I am 100% in the right and refused to pay some of their bloated bills. They're better than a lot of companies but I would still rather deal with an out of town owner that likes the monthly income and doesn't bother us as long as it's paid on time every month .
