Worst rental company EVER!!!!! These people literally could not care less about their customers! They will lie, cheat, and steal. When the fridge they provided broke they told me I had to pay to fix a fridge that wasn’t mine. Only time in my life I’ve never gotten my full deposit and I left that place ten times cleaner then when I moved in. You’d be better off living under a bridge than dealing with these scumbags.
if you could please contact me. You owe me over $3,000 and you are still collecting rent from my renters. if anyone has a lawyer working on a lawsuit I would love to get in on it before I find my own.
This company is an absolute joke. we paid our deposit in full over three years ago. when we moved out we were told to give it about thirty days and we would get it back. 45 days later and still no check, they refuse to answer the phone, and make every excuse to not listen to you. worse property group ever
Chris is very rude, condescending, unprofessional and doesn't understand Indiana laws when it comes to tenant and privacy policies. His rental at 1111 1/2 S A Street in Richmond isn't fit for dogs, much less humans. He's more interested in playing tit for tat on the phone than getting to business. I sincerely hope the owners of the properties he manages aren't aware of his business practices, if they are than they all need to be put out of business.
