A horrible home loan servicer. I found out my home loan got sold to Caliber and no one told me until I called my previous servicer due to some issues. I am having so many issues trying to set up an online account to look at my mortgage, Caliber did not pay my home owners insurance even though I pay for it in my monthly payments, Caliber sent me to a debt collector after 2 weeks even though they said I had 60 days to pay my bill since my account was still being processed after Caliber bought my loan.
