I am writing this review for the company in general. Caliber Home Loans is the worst lender someone can do business with. Do not waste your time! I’ve been trying to refinance my house with them, first the mortgage loan consultant was no help so I found another company that’s willing to help and that is determined to get me to that closing table. After wasting more than a month with Bank of America and almost having the seller exit the deal because of the delays, Todd and his team were able to jump in and help us obtain lending to close on our first property. He was very responsive and helpful through the entire process.
This is the worst lender I have ever dealt with not only prior to closing which took 6 months but now it is impossible to log into online payments and online support is useless. I have been dealing with them for a month and still cannot access my online account.
Isidrio Gonzalez is the worst person we have ever worked with on loan. When we were looking for a new vacation home in Miami I contacted him to help us find the right home. He is rude and draged his feet through our entire process. We ended up using another company just so we didn't give him our business.
