1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1.5 Star : Repair Quality When we first got our vehicle back, the body moldings were not replaced and the antenna was not reinstalled. I was happy that they immediately took the vehicle back to put those back on and got the vehicle back the next day. What I am unstattisfied with, is that is looks like the body moldings were just slapped on without care. 0 Star : My Experience Absolutely loved Brad and his customer service. They went above and beyond to bring me home when I dropped my car off initially so I wouldn’t have to sit at the shop for hours and the repairs were great. My only grievance is when I got my car back, my driver’s side back tire had two nails in it, dropping my tires PSI down to 15. I’d already driven off when my car showed me that, so I just handled it. 5 Star : My Experience How thoughtful and easy to talk with! I appreciated the attitude of “lets try this”, which worked and made a happy customer.
3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality Had to call back for follow ups on picking the vehicle because of few changes in delivery (estimate date was moved earlier than scheduled ) though I mentioned I am not there as I was traveling out of town.
