Transparent, simple, and hassle-free experience. Makayla was in charge of my repair, she and everyone at the shop was super friendly and informative, making it easy to trust the shop and the whole process. They handled all of the insurance communications for me (through Progressive), and got my car looking new again after some weather damage on a comprehensive claim. Great team and excellent, professional service!
You'll all get the rude Karen telling you come back in 2 weeks to get an APPOINTMENT to get ONLY a quote lol. Don't waste your time.
Very BAD Experience. Do NOT take your car there. they do NOT complete the work on your car and I have tried multiple to get them to correct it. Manger was suppose to call me numerous times and did not. They will take your money and are not worried about the quality of their work or fixing the problem they created. Look them up on the BBB website . Hundreds of complaints.
