Having a car repaired is never pleasant. Caliber Collision makes the experience go as smoothly as possible. They keep you informed about the status of your vehicle. The promise date is adhered to. My vehicle was returned and even detailed. They removed the broken glass from inside of my car (my rear window was broken during an attempted car theft). I can’t say enough about the service. They are A++++!
Caliber has been absolutely incredible to me in the past several months. Back in March, my car was hit in a hit-and-run while parked outside my house and they repaired everything quickly and accurately, down to the pinstriping and logo decal. At the end of May, my car was hit AGAIN in a hit-and-run, but we got a plate this time. We went through the responsible party's insurance and needless to say they were a nightmare.
