I've been to 3 different locations of Caliber Collision in my city. They were all fast, friendly and professional. My visit to this location was less impressive. I got my new parts put on w unfinished paint on the corner of my bumper and a dent on a new fender. New. I had to take the car back to have them fix it. Whatever method they’re using to quality check their work, it’s not working. I am also missing clips from a new bumper they put in…. if it’s a brand new bumper why not just put all the clips in? This collision repair is excellent. Staff is helpful and always kept me informed about repair status - even without asking. And the repair work is excellent. The part they repaired looks like new! Thank you Caliber!
