Caliber collision located at 11:30 South La Brea, LA. Is the only place to take your vehicle if you need to have it repaired. My daughter‘s car was sideswiped and the staff there is incredible. They are responsive, prompt (they were able to obtain the replacement parts in one day) and repair was performed immediately. I could not have been more happy with everyone. Elmer was an incredible help with getting my car looked at, scheduled and worked on. they finished the repairs in 3 days, and it looks incredible! will definitely be going back here if I ever find my car in another collision. Before and after photos attached!
They were so fast, helpful, and kind. From the time my accident happened to the time I picked up my fixed car was less than a week. They went above and beyond, they didn’t change the schedule or try to upsell me. I really appreciate how easy and fast it was.
Caliber collision did not do any work on my car. They were waiting for the report to come through which I did three different times so I don’t know how they work turns out, but I’m sure it’s pretty good. That’s why I gave them three stars.
