State Farm recommends Caliber Collision. Caliber wants me to sign off on repairs before I know what the estimate is. People do not sign financial binding contracts before knowing what the assessment is. Because I won’t sign they won’t evaluate. Now, they are threatening me with storage fees because I won’t pay to tow elsewhere. Do not use this company!
I received my car back with a dead battery. Also the had my car for 28 days. Horrible experience.
