Caliber Collision fixed my rear ending damage a couple months ago, however once they got their insurance payout they were so unhelpful. I had a lot of questions that went unanswered. They forgot a small part for my back windshield wiper, but said they’d order it and call me when it arrived. They never did. and now it’s pouring rain in LA, and my back window wiper doesn’t turn on.

Was hesitant with getting a repair on an older vehicle, considering the difficult nature of sourcing parts. I was surprised at the level of work and service that I received from this particular location. The staff and crew treated me well and more importantly, my vehicle came back nicer than before the accident.
