Went above and beyond. Good communication, and good repairs
Such disappointment this time around. inicial call to get info on estimate procedure, guy on the phone tell me they dont have xray vision so they cant tell me just by looking at the car of any internal damage. After ins. sends me info, I walk in ready to leave car for repairs, only gentleman in office, asks if what I needed, from his desk didnt even bother to get up. Front desk clerk comes out and starts to help, but she cant find me on their system, doesnt offer to reach out to insurance or even see how they can try to help... read more

This is the second time my husband and I have gone through Caliber Collision and loved working with them. The staff was friendly, efficient and made the process easy. Would definitely recommend!
