My truck looks like it was never in an accident, and the repairs were done with majority OEM parts. I would recommend them.
My experience didn't end the way I thought it would and the delay of a response from anyone was conveyed when I did the survey Satisfaction is key for any customer and I just want to be happy with the work done on my vehicle. I brought my car to this Caliber Collision location because it was recommended by GEICO. They installed the taillights on my liftgate incorrectly; they failed to put the gaskets back on the taillights and water accumulating inside the taillights. When I brought this to their attention they joked about it and told me that GEICO will probably deny covering any additional repairs to my taillights.
