I wish I could give Caliber Collision on Fain St. in North Charleston zero stars. After my husband's accident, Caliber kept our truck so long that our insurance stopped covering the rental vehicle. At first, Caliber told us they were not responsible for the additional rental charges. Fortunately, we didn't just accept that response, and after pushing back, they eventually agreed to cover the extra rental days. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. From start to finish we were !00% satisfied with the quality of work on the Mazda. Kayla and the rest of Caliber were awesome. Kayla especially, going through each step along the way with our claim with insurance, correspondence and process.

Work was completed quickly, and amazingly. Car looks good as new and works amazingly. Communication was on point. Highly recommend this location!
