I have an Audi A4 that had the fender backed in to. I was impressed with the body shops quickness in breaking down my car for an accurate estimate the day I dropped it off. I was also glad they wanted to break it down and not just do a visual estimate. They were pretty quick to figure out what needed to be done and get to working on it. I didnt like they aren't open on wkends so my car sat for 2 wkends but the staff and over all work was done with care and I would recommend them to others.
Caliber did a terrific job with my repairs, as well as with customer service including updates and coordination of rental services.
For our repair that we had done was great. It wasn’t a very big repair but it was a repair nonetheless they let us know throughout the whole process and it turned out great we got the vehicle back like they said we would in on time. We had a good great experience. You will see 3 before and 2 after it was repaired.
