great communication throughout process, completed work in timely manner and work was done professionally and correct, no issues.
Caliber did a wonderful job restoring my car from bad hail damage. I received many updates and always knew the status of my car.
My daughter had 10 grand in hail damage on her brand new car. They did a great job with the work and you can't even tell they replaced the roof and hood. The work deserves 5 star rating. The only complaint my wife and daughter had was the front desk clerk kept pressuring them to give them a 10 star review. If you excel at your job, you don't need to pressure customers into good reviews.
