Safety risk: Shop admitted they lack technical specs for 2026 Subaru Solterra I cannot recommend Caliber Collision Essex for late-model or EV repairs. After a repair that left my 2026 Subaru Solterra with visible panel gaps, the General Manager, Stephen Nutter, admitted in writing that his facility does not have a paid subscription to the Subaru Technical Information System (STIS). I’ve been going to Caliber Collision in Essex since a big accident a few years ago, and they’ve honestly been amazing every time. Anytime something comes up, they’re quick to squeeze me in and super flexible with my schedule. Stephan and Bobbie are the best—so helpful and easy to deal with. Definitely recommend!
