We’ve had services with Caliber Collision but I have to say this time was a little nerve wracking for me because this was a hit and run and there were multiple damages that started from the bumper traveling all the way through the passenger side door and to the back right door. I originally posted that this was a great place to get your car repaired. They do great body and paint work, but they take FOREVER. They had my car the first time for almost 10 months. They claimed is was do to a parts issue. So I gave them the benefit of doubt. Now I've been dealing with these idiots for six months now because they need to fix my windshield. It wasn't aligned properly. Come on, 6 months for a windshield. I'm still waiting. Every time I call I get promised things with absolutely no delivery.
