Staff members, our service Rep, Tricia are so nice, professional and helpful. I have brought in two cars at different times for body work. I have been very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend Caliber Collision Company for body work needed on your car/s.
Caliber Collision did an outstanding job on my repair. Easy intake process, their communication throughout was excellent, I got my car back early and the car looks good as new.
This place has great reviews, and for a reason! Alex did an amazing job with my car, and went above and beyond to make sure I only paid for what was absolutely necessary. His communication was great all throughout the process, and it was the most painless experience I’ve ever had with any sort of mechanic. You guys rock, enjoy the donuts!
The work was done well but the updates were non existent. i had to call in becuase they diodn't call the days they said they would.
My door handle completely came off the door. The guys at Caliber were beyond friendly and knowledgeable. As I sat down to wait I’m thinking hopefully it’s just an hour or so. 15 minutes later I’m taking my third sip of coffee and my new best friend Amir tells me it’s all done. I’ve had insurance claims handled here before, but after today they are forever my spot for ALL body work. No job is too big or small for the fine people at Caliber Collision! Thank you Amir!!!
