Did a great job repairing our vehicle after it was struck by a deer. It took much longer than expected, but even the car dealer couldn't figure out the issue - much of these computeres and electronics are difficult to figure out. However the communication was excellent throughout and the staff and manager were very apologetic that they had the car for as long as they did. Even gave us a rental for a couple weeks. While it sucked for us, they made it right in the end.
I recently took my Mercedes Benz to be repaired and repaired. The staff was great, they were very friendly and they explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The shop also continuously kept me up to date on the status of my car via text, that was very helpful to me. The car looks great, the location is great, I highly recommend Caliber.
