Excellent throught out entire process!
Highly recommend! They were quick, everyone was nice, they stayed in contact, repairs look great, and car looks better than new!
I originally came to Caliber Collision when I had hail damage on my car from the big storm that we had last year. And then recently, I had to return for an unrelated incident. The customer service throughout each of these problems were superb!! Thank you Chris, John, and Sarah!!! I will absolutely return if I have any more issues with my vehicle. And for veterans with USAA: this is in the improved network for body shop repair, so you should give them the first glance!
