This place is amazing! I will never take my car anywhere else! They are so thorough, thoughtful, quick and fantastic to work with. Mike Mally, the Regional Manager, handled my claim and even pointed out that my tires showed I needed an alignment. And Nick Smith helped me with all the little scrapes and dings around my vehicle and was so great! Best service ever!
The entire staff at Caliber Collision is so nice and helped explain the estimate and claim process and answered the questions that I had. When I’m ready to have my vehicle fixed it will definitely be going to their shop!
Today I hit a curb liked a dumbass, Pulled into the first parking lot I saw to put my donut on my car myself and couldn’t open my jammed trunk. Had a bit of a anxiety attack because i didn’t have my phone or any money but wandered inside to see if someone could just help me get it opened. The man at the front desk took my keys and not only did he get my donut from my trunk but also got it put on for me and the lady at the desk helped me calm down.
