Would not reccomend this place to anybody. After expressing my concerns MULTIPLE times in detail, the technician who had "fixed" my car did not fully inspect the bottom side.. where there is STILL broken pieces of my car & my tire alignment is screwed up. The steering wheel has been slightly off center ever since I had picked it up here (no problems prior as I had gotten a brand new car) and there is noise from the broken pieces of my car rattling if anyone even cared to drive it. I was referred to Caliber Collisions by a friend following a severe storm that left my vehicle covered in hail damage. Based upon recommendations and my own personal experience Caliber Collisions have exceeded my expectations. The manager at the Charleston IL location, Bob, was extremely helpful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable regarding the type of care and work my vehicle needed.
