We've never had a vehicle in a major accident. Caliber made the process WAY easier than I thought it would be. As a matter of fact, they were really the only ones who wanted us to get back on the road. The insurance adjuster was difficult with our insurance but the folks at Caliber (Matthew is great) took care of us. The communication was also above expectations.
