I would recommend Caliber Collision for your vehicle repairs. The helpful staff communicated throughout the entire process and the truck looked great when it was finished!
Car was done on time, and they kept me informed every step of the way. When the car was assessed I received an email. When the parts were ordered I received an email. When the parts arrived I received an email, etc. Each of those emails also included the expected date when it would be finished, and to my surprise the date never changed. The staff was friendly and the car looked better than it had before the accident. Great experience overall.
I've just dropped my vehicle off couple days ago and its been a nightmare already. I called to see a time estimate and they said the insurance hadn't given them the ok to start repairs it was an insurance flag, called insurance and they agreed there was an investigation, address issue, I asked if i could pick up my vehicle until we got the address squared away because i have no ride until it gets fixed. Insurance calls back says no you cant pick it up because they did in fact start on it and they have it torn apart already. ... read more
