My car was hit so I took it into Caliber for repairs. I dropped the car off June 24, was told it would be ready July 17. Right around that time, I received an email saying there had been a delay and my car would be ready July 24. I called July 23 for an update and was told I'd get a call on the 24th with that info. An email received the night of July 24 said my car would be ready on July 27. I called July 27, asked about my car and was told I'd be getting a call back "soon". I recommend Calibers for anyone that is in need. Kept me informed all the way through, professional, attention to detail, very pleased, and very pleasant to work with. My Jeep was spotless when I picked it up.
