I originally had an appointment with another shop via the insurance company for this repair, but they had terrible customer service. In contrast, the experience with Caliber was like night and day. Perfect customer service and timely with the repair.
Robert handled everything very efficiently and quickly, and did an excellent job. I’m very satisfied with his service.
This was my first experience having to have body work done and Caliber made it so easy. The manager James was amazing! You will not be disappointed if you used their services.
Not only did I get great service from a highly effective and super customer oriented team, but their after care is off the charts!! They not only did an excellent job but warned me that my car needed to be hand washed in order to be sure the paint set properly. AND, they actually did a beautiful hand waSh 6 weeks after they repaired the car. I am more than fully satisfied!,
