The owner Mike is very nice but there seems to be a lack of QC before the vehicles leave the shop and the attention to detail is not great.

A few years ago I backed into a pole (!!!) and had to fix up the damage to not only the bumper but body as well before turning it in for the lease expiration. Got a quote at Minsers and just to make sure it was a good price went right to a more widely known collision shop just north of them on Woodward Ave. (won't mention the name) where I was quoted just over double the cost that Minser's gave me for the SAME JOB!
