My experience was great—excellent customer service! This was my first time being involved in a collision, and I wasn’t familiar with the insurance process. Unfortunately, my insurance representative didn’t explain much and was hard to reach. On the other hand, Caliber Collision did an amazing job. Estimate was so high on a bumper that had been damaged that my insurance wanted to total the truck and let caliber collision keep it for parts, not having any part of that bought my own bumper.
