This shop provides excellent service, they always go above and beyond to help you and to walk you through the process.
My Insurance tried to screw me out of some repairs, Caliber took it and fixed it regardless.
My fiancée went to Caliber in Biloxi to get an estimate for a large scratch. She had previously been quoted around $3000 for the repair by another business. Richard was the team member that helped her at Caliber and through his honesty and integrity he told her he would do what he could to remove the damage for free. After he was done it was barely noticeable. This type of honesty is hard to find and it saved us so much money. We will be using Caliber for any future needs. Richard gained Caliber a loyal customer.
