Took our car to Caliber Collision for body repair on the recommendation of AAA insurance. Spoke with Alberto P****. He made us feel like our car would be repaired. Then he informed us our car was totaled. When we asked what additional damage was found that would cause the car to be totaled. Alberto P**** refused to tell us.I feel he was being dishonest and deceptive. Why would he not tell us? Unless he had something to hide. The car was in above average condition for a 2013. I believe the car could have been repaired. Now my... read more

I took my Mini Cooper to get fix after a rear end accident in September. My bumper and hatchback needed to be replaced among other things. When I picked my car up the lady there and a shop guy was out at my car and trying to paint over a gash they put on my brand new bumper. I asked what that was on my bumper and rubbed my finger across it and got wet paint on my finger. They tried to cover it up and not tell me but it was very obvious. They scratched up my new hatchback in several places on the inside and also didn't fully ... read more

On 2/20/2023 I went to pick up my vehicle from Caliber Collision on Covington Pike around 2:15pm. Once I arrived at the body shop, I noticed the mechanics giving a vehicle that looked like my vehicle a boost off and I went inside to let them know I was here to pick up my vehicle (which had been in their possession since 12/26/2022 unsecured) one of their mechanics walked outside to show me my vehicle. I looked at my car (which was the same car getting the boost) and was told that I'd need to bring it back in to put the finis... read more

My vehicle was in shop for front-end damage which was very small. After 2 weeks my vehicle was done, I picked it up and the front-end was loose. I called to complain and got the general manager who stated a disgruntled employee was working on my vehicle. I immediately had it towed to a dealership where it was for 2 more weeks only to find out the front end was never fix Calliber just replaced a part. I asked for reimbursement for the tow from the Regional Manager at Calliber and he agreed, I was never reimbursed.

Caliber Collision ****************, ********, WA Vehicle was delayed due to admitted damage caused in shop. Vehicle returned with >15 miles unaccounted for on odometer (tracked on VW app), unrepaired damage and PET HAIR in the cargo/hatch area (vehicle was detailed prior to drop off). So disappointed that we traded this vehicle in the following weekend (was a 2022 and we only owned it for 4 months). Front desk lady was nice and efficient, guy who took responsibility to make it correct was nice but didn't appear to care this... read more

Had some work done after a deer hit our front passenger side. After getting the car back we realized the trunk no longer opened. Called and they wouldn't do anything about it. Car also pulled to the left very hard. Use any other body shop. These guys only care about getting your car done as quickly as possible and not doing it well.

I had my car repaired at their Atlanta location in April of 2022 due to being rear-ended. When I got the car back, my belongings were missing and the repairs were not completed. I was told I'd be reimbursed for the missing dash camera which also had footage of the accident. It is now December 1, 2022 and this has still not occurred. I called 4 times and never received a return call From the manager, Travis. Last week, when I finally was able to reach Travis, we scheduled to have them finish the repair on December 1, 2022. I ... read more

I had my vehicle towed to a caliber collision shop the 23 or 24th of September and was told it would take awhile. But.... I didn't get my car back until Oct 28th. Over 32 plus days with not a phone call. Stating why its taking so long I called Monday the 24th and was told it would be ready the 26th of October and when I called they said not until late Friday. And afterwards i inspect my car and its still dusty from sanding it down or buffing it. And the front desk lady. Not friendly and quite rude. Almost annoyed i was picki... read more
