I was rear-ended in January and regret bringing my vehicle to the Mt Vernon Caliber location. I took my car in February 18th and received my car back on March 21st. The customer service with Abbie was great. I am unhappy with my actual car repair service. First, my windshield wiper blade for the rear was reinstalled wrong and it wiped upside down. They were great! Abbie and Sean kept us informed as to what would be done and how long it would take. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them.
10/10 experience overall. The repair itself, the staff, the process, the communication, everything was wonderful. I would absolutely bring my car here again in the future, if needed. Can’t say enough good things.
