I am annoying customer., I just popped in, with my dog in the car. I didn't think they could take me immediately I was just going to book an appointment. They fixed my car right then and there!!! It was so refreshing to feel valued as a customer. Great, friendly, efficient service and dog friendly lol Appreciate these ladies and gentlemen definitely recommend.
Wonderful team of professional auto repair worker's
I was on vacation in this area and had an issue with my Nissan where I could not roll up the back windows. This caused concern due to the weather forecast and the presence of bears at our resort. I called a couple of mechanics, and they recommended I take it to Caliber Collison. When I walked in, the lady at the desk said they were over capacity, so I was very worried that I would have to drive back to Texas with the windows open. I am so grateful to the employees at Caliber Collision. I had a mishap with my car and was afraid that I couldn't drive it back home to Florida. I asked the lady at the desk if one of the techs could look at my Toyota to let me know what I needed to do. The tech came out and looked at my car and popped the rear fender back into place. I was so happy. Now we were able to enjoy our trip. Thank you so very welcome for saving my vacation.
